Job overview
The winter escalation ward has a opportunity for a full time or part time available for Healthcare Assistants to join our fantastic team. Working alongside registered nurses and with the other healthcare assistance on our ward you will provide direct care to our patients. This ward will be used to manage our Winter escalation beds and post its hibernation you will be supported to find posts elsewhere within NUH. There will be the support of clinical education and therefore excellent learning opportunities to learning more about respiratory conditions and learn new skills. The post will involve working a full range of shifts covering nights and weekends. The role of the Healthcare Assistant is vital in supporting registered nurses to provide excellent care.
